Delivery Information
How long does delivery time take?
Delivery time depends where you live and how much traffic there is at that time frame. Typically orders placed in the towns of Martinez, Pleasant Hill and Pacheco area delivery times are under 1 hour. In the towns of Concord and Walnut Creek delivery times are about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min. In the rest of our map delivery times are about 1.15 hours to 1.5 hours.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee, however we do have a $45 minimum order for delivery.
Payment Information
Is there tax added onto my purchase when I check out?
Sales tax which is based on the sales tax rate of the city being delivered to will be charged to all recreational orders. Medical patients are exempt from sales tax. A 4% Cannabis tax charged by the county will be applied to all orders.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept Cash and ACH payment processing. The payment for the Cannabis order may be made from the checkout page on the website using ACH payment.
Ordering and Account Registration
Do I need an account to place an order?
You will not need an account to start an order in your online shopping cart. However, to place the order you will need to create an account, which typically takes about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Whom should I contact if I have any registration problems?

Do you give discounts for seniors and Veterans.?
Yes we do, just email us at info@stm420.com or give us a call (925)864-4743 and we will set you up with a lifetime 10% discount.
Is there a guarantee on the medicine I purchase from you?
Yes, if you have an issue with the Cannabis product you purchased we will accept a full return within 5 days of purchase depending on the circumstance. After 5 days from purchase date we will apply a credit to the customers account. No returns accepted after 14 days of order being delivered.

What is tincture and how can it help me?
Tincture can be made using a few different extraction techniques, once processed you can take it orally or add into food. If you do not want to eat an edible but get a similar effect, tinctures are a great alternative.
If I can’t sleep at night, is cannabis a good option for me?
Yes, in our opinion, Cannabis either smoked or ingested can aid the user in getting to sleep faster and obtaining a sound night’s sleep. Tinctures, edibles and Cannabis flower can all help with sleep aid.
What if I have pain but do not want to actually get high?
This is where CBD products are best, there are topical and edible CBD products on the market that give you pain relief with no high at all due to the lack of THC.

Is it legal to fly with my medication?
Yes it is legal to fly out of a legal state, however if you are landing in a non-legal state you may or may not run into problems.
What is the difference between Indica and Sativa?
They are both Subspecies of the Cannabis plant but they differ in certain properties. Sativa is best suited for the day time, provides a higher CBD content, more energetic and uplifting feeling. Indica is more for night time with a higher THC content, Calming, relaxing and chill. Both can stimulate appetites.
